Clare's Humanitarian Aid Commission (CSHAC) was founded on a simple but profound belief: all human beings have the right to receive assistance during their darkest hours. We operate outside of political, religious, or economic agendas, focusing solely on the delivery of life-saving supplies to vulnerable populations.

From establishing food security pipelines to rebuilding essential infrastructure, our teams are on the ground in West Africa where official channels often cannot reach.

Our Mission

Clare's Humanitarian Aid Commission (CSHAC) was founded on a simple but profound belief: all human beings have the right to receive assistance during their darkest hours. We operate outside of political, religious, or economic agendas, focusing solely on the delivery of life-saving supplies to vulnerable populations in West Africa.

Principles of Action

Impartiality

We deliver aid based purely on need. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation. Our only priority is assisting those in crisis.

Independence

To ensure we can access populations in need regardless of the political context, CSHAC maintains strict operational independence from governments and political groups. We rely heavily on private donors to ensure our autonomy.

Transparency

We are fully accountable to our donors and to the populations we serve. We rigorously track the procurement, delivery, and impact of all supplies—from agricultural equipment to emergency food reserves.

A Pipeline of Relief

Unlike organizations that focus strictly on medical intervention, CSHAC focuses on the structural and physical requirements of survival and rebuilding. We are a logistics and procurement powerhouse for humanitarian aid.

🌾

Food Security & Freezing

We procure and distribute non-perishable food products, and assist local communities with freezing and preservation equipment to secure harvests.

🏗️

Shelter & Infrastructure

Supplying building materials and construction support to rebuild homes, clinics, and community spaces for displaced populations.

💧

Water & Sanitation

Providing clean mineral water shipments and sanitation resources, including essential chemical products for water purification.

🧰

Agricultural Support

Equipping farming communities with modern agricultural equipment to restore food production and economic independence after disasters.

🧵

Textile Relief

Distributing textiles, blankets, and essential clothing to displaced families, especially in the dry and cold seasons across the Sahel.

📋

Administrative Aid

Providing stationeries, education supplies, and logistical resources to support field schools and local aid coordination offices.

Regional Focus

While our reach is expanding, CSHAC is currently heavily focused on the West African corridor. Our strategic headquarters in Togo allows us to quickly dispatch supplies to landlocked regions and neighboring states facing immediate crises.
